University definitely. Short term TAFE can give you faster qualifications and can assist to get accepted at a University. There is also less cost but if you are looking long term career you definitely need to look at a university qualification.

Depends on you. But an immediate solution out of the crisis will be tafe. Study as u earn and then when u are out of bad times.. Go for a uni course after that.
