CNA - certified nurses aide does not require a degree it does require a training class that last 40 hours of school plus 40 hours of clinical and then passing the state boards.

most nursing homes provide this training (they are refunded all expenses through medicare) most of them for a very small fee or requirement that you work for them for a set time.

CNA's provide personal care to residents of nursing homes and patients in hospitals in some states they are allowed to administer medications with some extra training but that is uncommon. personal care involves all the ADL's things such as bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, transfers and assist in restorative therapy.
Reply:You can work in housekeeping... just about anything else in a hospital takes a degree and/or specialized training.
Reply:good luck they wont hire anyone without a degree
