I get nervous selling because it isn't a guaranteed salary. Any advice or names of companies would be greatly appreciated?
I am looking for a legitimate job I can work from home and be with my son?

Reply:Medical transcription can be done from home. You have to take a few classes, I believe, but it's done on a secure site and trasmitted to the doctors offices.
Reply:Information on companies offering legitimate work at home jobs is available at http://www.pcworkathome.in
Reply:well my sister has decided to start her own errends business its not really on its feet yet but i think it will be successful. She is gonna be charging like 25 dollars an hr for things like going to the grocery store and planning a party and picking up dry cleaning and what not for people. She lives in a community where that would work thats an idea if you live an a place where people could afford to do that thats a suggestion.
she has a 2 yr old and is expecting in october
Reply:Mary Kay. Visit their website www.marykay.com and find a local consultant in your area to give you more information. I have known several ladies - even single moms - who have been able to stay home with their children and replace or exceed their executive level incomes while running a successful Mary Kay business from home - making calls and doing appointments while the kids are there with you.
Some people are afraid of sales, but in this economy there is no more "job security." People get laid off everyday. You can't get laid off if you work for yourself. In sales, you can control the number of people that you see everyday or everyweek. It is actually more guaranteed than a regular "9 to 5" job. Good luck.
Reply:have you called local companies and asked if they are looking for homeworkers? some companies look for people to stuff envelopes all day or do light typing.
call local businesses and see what they say.
just my opinion. hope this helps.
