What salary a person can expect if he has 4 yrs exp & 4 yrs out of job,now he is looking for IT jobs @ Hyd?

in IT jobs a fresher is more prefered than some one who stayed out for 4 yrs after having 4 yrs experience





a fresher is up to date than the other guy. still there is a chance!

I.T. is one of the hottest field in market.and experience meant a lot in this field.so i think a job in this field should be paid 10000-15000RS/-.


beginning with a job with this much amount is good as u r returning to industry after 4 years.good work will force company to increse ur salary. if sees no chances of promotion then u can look for other company.

you would be lucky to get a job in the IT/IS field with that kind of gap. Have you be in school for 4 years?? have you at least kept up with the newest and best stuff?





I would think that the best that you could hope for (based on the information you have provided) is entry / intern level. probably not what you wanted to hear, but is honest.
