I'm 14 years old, and then I'm turning 15 on my birthday. What would be some good jobs for me to look for?

I need a job working from home, or something close to my house because I can't drive by myself for another year. But I would really like a job either working from home, or say, Walgreens.

McDonalds :)
Reply:My grandson Is hooked on working at Kroger's the grocery store he gets all kinds of little extras

Walgreens can be demanding they do not have all that many people working in the store And one person is a lot to be off

The big fast food places also have the same problem We need you to work as much as you can We still have that sign up Need help Please work When ever you can???

That kind of kills you after school life so don't for get to think of that you do have friends

You will be working 51/2 days a week soon enough for the rest of your life till you are 70 years old to think of that
Reply:try for a video store easy job (not much thinking involved)
Reply:Do you mean to say that you are leaving school?

That is the dumbest thing I ever heard.

You can still be successful though, if you learn a trade and start your own business.

Our laws are changing soon to stop anyone leaving school before they turn 17.

I'm sorry that your parents aren't willing to support you through college.
Reply:your barely at the age of where you can get a job...places like McDonald's, burger king, grocery stores would be more reasonable..i don't think Walgreen's hires 15 year olds.
Reply:try working at a coffee shop.. any near by??
Reply:Whatever job you get - don't stop educating yourself - it's the most vital thing you can do - if you need time out - fine

BUT

get some sort of after-work study course or do a traineeship - don't settle for entering work at 14-15.

Information technology, human services (health, aged care, nursing) and hospitality are continuing growth industries in which to gain skills and find a niche - a good job means a good life and freedom in your spare time.

Get educated every chance you can - exspecially with certification but even work-based skilling is better than no skilling.

Kepp good records of all your skilling

and sell your little asse off whenever you approach am employer.

Positive Attitude is everything and the hardest thing for an employer to find in employees

good luck - don't stop learning - don't be told you're not clever enough - or be driven by the excitement of money.

You'll make heaps MORE money with qualifications to your name!
Reply:get a data entry job or any other job online..but make sure it isnt a scam !! be very careful if it asks you for an initial payment to setup an account
