In addition to our recruiting business, we also have a job board specializing in our industry %26amp; we see a big increase in traffic in the evening %26amp; on weekends. It's also when we've done the bulk of our job searches.
In general the most desirable candidates are those who are currently employed, and they do most of their job search in their off hours.
