When should I start looking for a new job?

I graduate in April with a Bachelors in Accounting. Should I start applying to new jobs now and list that or should I just wait till I have my degree in hand?

I would start looking now. Even if you can't take a job that gets offered to you right away, you will get the benefit of knowing what is out there. You will also know what jobs are available in the Accounting fields as well as alternatives. You can also start networking now and building relationships with companies that may be hiring in the future. That way when you do graduate your job hunt will have less surprises.
